Very occasionally your online purchase may coincide with an ‘in person’ purchase in the gallery. Should this happen and it’s a ‘one off’ item we will contact you by email to issue a refund or if you’d prefer offer you a similar item, or opportunity to commission a new item.
All the artists who are part of the gallery co-operative are happy to work to commission and special orders, please get in touch by email to the gallery or directly to the artists, whose websites appear on their profile pages.
Postage and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. We aim to despatch your items within 7 working days. In general we will send items using Royal Mail unless another courier is required for larger pieces.
If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery with the postal service used.
Collection is possible for our local customers. Lockdown permitting we will be open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11-4 in December. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a collection time – we may well be able to do this outside normal hours.
If you are buying from multiple artists your deliveries may arrive in separate parcels. We are happy to send parcels to alternative recipients, in this instance please make separate purchases for each postal address.
We wrap each item very carefully, our aim is to use recycled packaging wherever possible.
Prices shown are in UK sterling. We use PAYPAL as our card processing service and do not store any credit card details ourselves. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to use this payment method. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through our secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases, but if you wish to return an item for any reason, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt via email@example.com to arrange an exchange or refund. Please note the cost of return shipping is your responsibility and must be done using a signed for service. Please pack the item securely to make sure it is not damaged in transit. Once your return has been safely received and inspected to our satisfaction we will contact you to arrange a full refund.
Please note there are some items that are exempt from return such as earrings, but this will always appear on the item description page.
If the item you purchased has been damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP, so that we can resolve the problem. Please keep the damaged item until the matter is resolved, including any packaging. If you suspect damage, it is a good idea to photograph the package showing the damage before opening it.
